Terms of Service

Last reviewed: July 2026 · v1 (template-drafted, pending your review before it governs paid checkout)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CryptoEntry (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Who operates this

TL;DR: CryptoEntry is currently operated by an individual, not a registered company.

CryptoEntry is operated by its founder as an individual, trading as "CryptoEntry" ("we", "us", "operator") — there is no separate incorporated entity yet. These Terms are a personal agreement between you and that individual until (if ever) the Service is incorporated, at which point this section will be updated.

What the Service is

TL;DR: an educational analysis tool. It never places trades for you, and nothing in it is financial advice.

CryptoEntry is an educational and informational crypto trade-analysis tool: indicator-driven setup suggestions, position sizing, and backtesting. The Service does not place, modify, or close trades on your behalf — every trade happens on your own exchange account, under your own control. Full detail on what the Service is (and isn't) is in the Risk Disclaimer, which these Terms incorporate by reference.

Accounts and eligibility

TL;DR: one account per person, keep your login secure, you must be old enough to trade crypto where you live.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and be of legal age to trade cryptocurrency assets where you live. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly (see Contact below) if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your own keys and third-party services

TL;DR: you bring your own exchange and AI keys — we never take custody of your funds or trade for you.

CryptoEntry is bring-your-own-key: you supply your own exchange API keys (Coinbase, Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kraken, MEXC, BingX) and your own AI provider keys. We never take custody of your funds, and connecting an exchange key only grants the permissions you configure on that exchange's own platform. Your use of any third-party exchange or AI provider is also governed by that provider's own terms — we're not a party to your relationship with them and aren't responsible for their outages, pricing, or policies. See the Privacy Policy for how those keys are stored and handled.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

TL;DR: 14-day free trial, then Core and Pro are independent paid plans (Core also offers a one-time lifetime option), or bundle both for less.

New accounts get a 14-day full-featured trial, no card required. After the trial, Core and Pro are separate plans — continued access to either requires an active subscription (or, for Core, a one-time lifetime purchase), and a discounted Core + Pro bundle covers both. Core is currently priced at $19/month, $144/year, or $399 as a one-time lifetime purchase; Pro is $14/month standalone. Recurring plans renew automatically at the price shown until canceled; the purchase screen shows the exact price, billing period, and renewal terms before you pay. Prices, plans, and trial length may change; we'll post updated pricing in the app before it takes effect for new purchases. See the Refund & Billing Policy for cancellation and refund specifics.

Acceptable use

TL;DR: don't abuse the Service, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal.

  • No reverse-engineering, scraping, or reselling the Service or its output as your own product.
  • No attempting to bypass rate limits, entitlement checks, or security controls.
  • No using the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or evading exchange/regulatory rules that apply to you.

Intellectual property

TL;DR: we own the app; you own your own strategies, keys, and data.

The Service's code, design, and branding belong to the operator. Your own strategy configurations, API keys, and trading data remain yours — using the Service doesn't transfer any ownership of them to us.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TL;DR: the Service is provided as-is; we're not liable for trading losses or decisions you make based on it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including reliance on any setup suggestion, AI-generated output, or backtest result. See the Risk Disclaimer for the full detail on trading risk and hypothetical results.

Termination

TL;DR: you can stop using the Service any time; we can suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time (email us — see Contact). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use section above.

Changes to these Terms

TL;DR: we may update these Terms; material changes get flagged with a re-review, not a silent swap.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The "Last reviewed" date above tracks the current version; a material change to a live paid product will be flagged in-app rather than applied silently.

Governing law

TL;DR: to be filled in — this section is a placeholder pending the operator's jurisdiction.

[Operator's country/state] — this section is a placeholder. Until it's filled in with an actual jurisdiction, treat these Terms as governed by generally applicable consumer-protection law in your own jurisdiction.
