Is CryptoEntry financial advice?
No. CryptoEntry is an educational and informational analysis tool — indicator readings, proposed setups, and AI-generated suggestions are inputs to help you evaluate ideas, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. See the Risk Disclaimer for the full detail.
Does CryptoEntry place trades for me?
No. CryptoEntry never places, modifies, or closes trades on your behalf. Every position is opened using your own exchange account, under your own control — the app analyzes and proposes, you decide and execute.
How are my exchange and AI keys stored?
CryptoEntry is bring-your-own-key: your exchange and AI provider keys are encrypted and stored in your browser, not on our servers in plaintext. If you turn on optional cross-device sync, the encrypted vault is protected by a passphrase only you know — we can't decrypt it even if we wanted to. See the Privacy Policy for the full architecture.
Which exchanges and AI providers are supported?
Exchanges: MEXC, Coinbase, OKX, Binance, Bybit, Kraken, and BingX. AI providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, and Qwen — you bring your own API key for whichever you use.
What's included in the free trial?
New accounts get a 14-day full-featured trial of Core, no card required — the same trader-parity tooling (Strategy Builder, backtesting, position sizing) a paying user gets.
What happens after the trial ends?
Core and Pro are separate plans — pick either, or bundle both for less than buying them separately. Core is currently $19/month, $144/year, or a one-time $399 lifetime purchase. Pro is $14/month standalone. The Core + Pro bundle is $28/month or discounted further billed annually.
What's the difference between Core and Pro?
They're different engines, not the same engine on different keys. Core is where you build your own strategy — the free Strategy Engine (indicator-driven, no AI key) and "AI decides" in Strategy Builder (proposes a setup from your own selected indicators, on your own AI key), plus fee-honest backtesting. Pro is Find Entry, our separate pre-tested, preconfigured day-trade engine on a managed key — no AI key to set up, no per-call cost to you. Both produce a real entry, stop, and target; the difference is whose strategy finds it. Position and order AI reviews are the one shared utility across both: same engine either way, Core on your own key, Pro on the managed one. They're independent plans — buying Pro alone doesn't unlock Strategy Builder, and buying Core alone doesn't give you Find Entry. Get the Core + Pro bundle for both.
What symbol and hours is Find Entry tested on?
The one engine preset behind Find Entry's default setup — the same preset Core and Pro both run — was backtested on BTC perpetual only (MEXC), checked at these UTC checkpoints: 07:00, 12:00, 15:00, 23:00. Running it on another symbol or at another hour isn't blocked — the app just hasn't tested that combination, which isn't the same as it being known to perform worse there. See the full test for every number behind that claim.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel any time — a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Detailed refund terms will be shown at checkout once paid plans go live; email support@cryptoentry.net in the meantime for anything billing-related.
Do backtest results guarantee future performance?
No. Backtests model real fees, slippage, and funding to stay honest about what you'd actually keep, but they're still hypothetical — calculated after the fact against historical data. Past performance, real or simulated, never guarantees future results.
