CryptoEntry is bring-your-own-key: add your exchange API key (MEXC, Coinbase, OKX, Binance, Bybit, Kraken, or BingX) and, optionally, an AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or Qwen) from Settings → Manage Trading Accounts. Keys are encrypted in your browser — nothing is required to browse and analyze, but exchange keys are needed to see your live positions, and an AI key is needed for AI-assisted setups and reviews.

Pick a symbol on the Analyze page, choose a timeframe, and click Run Strategy Engine for a free, indicator-driven LONG / SHORT / WAIT / NO_SETUP / CONFLICT decision across your enabled indicators. No AI key needed for this path. A LONG or SHORT decision carries a full tradeable plan — entry, stop, target, and position size — with an "Engine plan" label on it: the stop is your account's volatility (ATR) scaled to the setup's confidence, and the target follows your strategy's own reward:risk ratio. It's arithmetic, not an AI opinion — the numbers it used are always shown next to it, and it's the exact plan Back Testing simulates for that strategy. Press Verify with AI on the result if you want a second opinion from your AI model on top of it.

Configure which indicators and overlays feed the decision via Configure → Current Strategy, or start from a ready-made starter template instead of building one indicator at a time. Templates come with a sensible risk profile already set.

Find Entry proposes a full setup — entry, take-profit, stop-loss, and confidence — using an AI model that reads the chart and reasons about the setup, rather than the Strategy Engine's fixed ATR/reward:risk arithmetic above. It runs on a managed key, with no key setup, using our own pre-tested, preconfigured indicators and the author-tested presets behind the numbers on the proof page. It's a Pro-only feature — Core doesn't run this engine. Core's own entry-finding is Strategy Engine above (free, no key, your own indicators) and "AI decides" in Strategy Builder, which proposes the setup from your own selected indicators and strategy on your own AI key. Both produce a real entry, stop, and target — the difference is whose strategy finds it: ours, pre-tested, or yours, built the way you want it.

Find Entry runs on any symbol and at any hour — nothing is blocked. The Analyze page will nudge you when the current symbol or hour falls outside what its one engine preset has actually been backtested on; see the FAQ for exactly what that covers.

Back Testing runs your current strategy (or a saved one) against historical data, modeling real fees, slippage, and funding so the equity curve reflects what you'd actually have kept — not a fantasy curve. Every backtest result carries a reminder that hypothetical results don't guarantee future performance.

The Positions page shows your live open positions and orders pulled from your connected exchange account, with the same analysis tooling available to review an existing position, not just find a new one. Unlike Find Entry above, this review stays a shared utility across both plans: Core reads it on your own AI key, Pro on the managed one, and it runs the identical engine either way — reviewing a position you already hold isn't the differentiated analysis either plan is sold on.
